Savannah Sultry Swamp Run
The Savannah Sultry Swamp Run is scheduled for July 25, 2026 at the Savannah-Ogeechee Canal Nature Center in Savannah, Georgia. The event offers three distance options:
- 5K
- 10K
- 20K
The courses use a well marked 3.1-mile technical trail. The trail surface is a mix of single track, narrow sections, and slick boardwalks. Runners can expect many roots and sandy stretches; the route is described as almost entirely flat. Live chip timing is used and results are displayed on course. A livestream of the event is available.
Race day packet pickup is located at the Boy Scout Field at the SOC Nature Center. Post-race features include a formal award ceremony and live music.
All finishers receive a drink glass and a unique wooden medal created by a local artist. Top three male and female finishers for each distance receive a 6"x6" tile award, and the top two competitors under 18 receive 6"x6" tile awards.
A portion of race proceeds supports the Savannah-Ogeechee Canal Nature Center. Organizers report prior donations totaling $4,764.00.
