Savannah Sultry Swamp Run - July 25, 2026
The Savannah Sultry Swamp Run is a trail running event held in coastal Savannah, Georgia at the Savannah Ogeechee Canal, 681 Fort Argyle Road, Savannah, GA 31419. The event offers multiple distances on natural trails and boardwalk sections.
The course follows a mixture of single track, narrow boardwalks and other trail surfaces. Some boardwalk sections can be slick at times. The event takes place in late July and conditions include high heat and humidity typical for coastal Georgia in midsummer. The event description also notes the presence of local wildlife such as snakes, alligators, horse flies, fiddler crabs and raccoons.
All finishers receive a drink glass to add to the Rough Runners Drinking Glass collection.
