Rugged Radnage

Rugged Radnage is a community running event held in the Chiltern Hills and organised by the Radnage C of E Primary School PTA. The event offers multi-terrain running over two measured distances and has been staged for more than 15 years. All proceeds go to Radnage Primary School (Charity No. 1065866) to support resources and activities for pupils.

The event headquarters is Radnage Village Hall on Radnage Common Road, Radnage HP14 4DJ. The course starts adjacent to the hall on Green Lane and finishes on the field under the rugby posts nearest the hall. Parking is available at several locations around the village; parking marshalls will direct vehicles on the morning and full parking details are provided in the race information pack.

Facilities at the venue include a staffed bag drop inside the hall with bag labelling, toilets inside the hall and portable urinals in the car park, and a cafe run by parents serving hot food, drinks and cakes. Water is provided at the Start/Finish for both distances, with an additional water station on the 10 km route just past the 6 km mark. First aiders are based at the Start/Finish and at the water station after 6 km. Prizes include category winners by age groups, a fastest Radnage resident award, and team prizes for affiliated and unaffiliated teams.
