Rudding ParkRace 2026

The Rudding ParkRace is a 10.5 km trail race held within the parkland of Rudding Park in Harrogate. The event takes place on a single marked loop that consists of a variety of surfaces, including stone paths and woodland trails. The route features technical sections and an undulating profile.

Participants begin the race by running toward the lakes, following a stone wall into the woodland before climbing out on the opposite side. The course then descends through two fields to Crimple Beck. Runners follow the trail alongside the beck for several kilometers until reaching the 5 km mark, where a water station is located.

The second half of the course involves a climb through specific landmarks such as the Enchanted Woodland Path and Repton Green. After following a nature path to Dower House, runners face a final uphill section known as the finish drag, which leads to the finish line in front of Rudding House. A time limit of 1 hour 45 minutes is in place to complete the course.
