Rise & Run 5K

The Rise & Run 5K is an annual trail running event held at the National Athletic Village in Southern Pines, North Carolina. This event marks its 10th anniversary in 2026. Participants can choose to race, walk, or jog through a scenic trail course featuring natural terrain.
