Reuter-Hess Trail Incline
Parker, United States • 31 May 2025
The Reuter-Hess Trail Incline is a challenging 10k trail race held in Parker, Colorado, featuring about 600 feet of climbing. The course begins with a lollipop loop that includes a steep incline with stairs spaced roughly 1.5 strides apart, making running difficult. After the incline, runners navigate rolling terrain with a mix of smooth and rocky sections before returning to the top of the incline.
The race finishes with a steep but smooth downhill dirt path. A kids' 1-mile race follows a similar route up the incline and down a smooth path. The event uses a handicap start system by age and gender, inspired by the historic Dipsea race, creating an exciting and fair competition atmosphere.
Awards are given to top finishers and fastest runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
