The Reindeer Run takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Distances offered are:
- 5k
- 10k
- 15k
- Half marathon
The 5k is an out-and-back on a flat park path. The 10k and 15k follow the 5k loop repeated two and three times, respectively. The half marathon is a 4.36-mile out-and-back repeated three times. Medals are provided for all participants; there are custom medals and goodie bags. No event shirts will be provided. Free race photos are available and race results are posted on the organizer website the evening of the event.
Course, location and services
The start and finish are on the Arthur Ray Teague running trail near the Bossier Sheriff Substation at 3135 Arthur Ray Teague Pkwy, Bossier City LA 71112. Free parking is available in the lot. Aid at the turnaround by the start/finish will include water, Gatorade, and GU gels. Copies of the event waiver will be available at bib pick up.
Registration and rules
Online registration is available through PayPal or Active; entrants are asked to register through only one site. Race day registration fees are listed by distance. The 15k and half marathon have a 3 hour 15 minute time limit. Waivers must be signed after registering or at bib pick up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
