- 100 Miler
- 100K
- 50 Miler

The course is a 10 mile loop combining the Blue Wing, Koasati, and Whoa Mule trails. The trail surface reflects typical Louisiana State Park conditions with generally flat, minimally elevated terrain, muddy sections, exposed tree roots, and natural surfaces.
Lake Bistineau State Park sits on the western shore of Lake Bistineau and features upland mixed hardwood forest, open water, and stands of cypress and tupelo trees. Park facilities include boat launches, hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, camping, cabins, and fishing opportunities. The park trail system includes nearly 10 miles of woodland trails and an 11 mile canoe trail.
Lodging options within the park include premium and improved campsites with water and electrical hookups and cabins. Event swag varies by distance and includes pullover hoodies and headwear for certain distances and finisher buckles for the 100K and 100 Miler. Awards include finisher buckles, medals, and plaques. A 40 hour cutoff applies to the 100K and 100 Miler, and a 15 hour cutoff applies to the 25K and 50 Miler. Race day food at the Start/Finish area includes a selection of hot and cold items and vegan options. A discount is available for military, donor, or first responder registrants with proof provided within 24 hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
