Rapid Relays : Culden Faw Estate, Henley on Thames

Rapid Relays is a timed relay event held at Culden Faw Estate in Henley on Thames on 2 May 2027. The course is made up of 4 km loops over mixed terrain, including woodland trails, bluebell woods and views of the Chilterns skyline.

Participants choose from several entry formats and run for a fixed four hour period. Current lap records reported are 11 laps for solo runners, 14 laps for pairs and 15 laps for teams.

  • Solo: four hour format, five laps equals half marathon, ten laps equals marathon
  • Pairs: four hour relay, exchange each lap or run multiple laps
  • Teams: three or four runners, male female or mixed categories

The event includes a race village with music, commentary, a support zone, parking, catering, massage and a small on site shop. A Horse Box Sauna will be present and bookings for the sauna open 1 January 2027. Route-side base setup is available without booking and overnight camping is offered free of charge.

The Phoenix Running - Slough will take place in Slough on Thursday 9 July 2026. You can run 5 miles.

A 7 hour timed event on a signed loop along the River Thames in Egham, with flexible self-directed distances from 3 km up to ultra and 50 km options. Finishers receive medals, goody bags and distance pins for longer distances.

Phoenix Fridays offers a flexible Friday run with a "rock up and go" start. Choose your distance on a flat, timed 5.3km loop along the Thames towpath. All finishers can pick from a selection of signature medals.

A trail ultramarathon from Lewknor to Avebury in Oxfordshire with 100 km and two 50 km stage options, following the Ridgeway through historic sites and offering pit stops, chip timing and basecamp facilities.
