Event Format
The event offers several format options:

- Team relay: A 4-loop relay for teams of 2 to 4 participants.
Participants in the timed events can add the Bingo Run for an additional fee. All event profits are donated to charity.
Course and Location
The course is a loop on the Linfield University Wellness Trail, which is mostly dirt and bark dust. The start, finish, and aid station are located at 57 Keck Drive, McMinnville. The course is described as not very technical, and vehicle access is close, allowing runners to set up personal aid stations.
Race Day Details
Parking is available a few feet from the packet pickup and start/finish area. An aid station will provide water, electrolyte drinks, and a variety of snacks. Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups. Weather in Oregon during May can be unpredictable.
