Gaston, United States • 14 Feb 2026
Hagg Mud 50K/25K is an early-season trail race near Gaston, Oregon, starting at Henry Hagg Lake in Scoggins Valley Park. The event offers 50K and 25K distances on a lake-loop course that features muddy, technical single-track, with the 50K running two laps and the 25K one loop. A short gravel-road out-and-back provides the biggest elevation changes. Runners pass through several aid stations and finish with a post-race celebration of warm food and drinks. The race promotes a CUPLESS, low-waste setup and inclusivity, recognizes repeat finishers in its Hall of Mud, and draws a friendly, energetic community since 2001, an annual tradition.
