Race for Life Pretty Muddy Warrington

The Pretty Muddy event is a 5 km obstacle course taking place on Sunday 28 June 2026 at Victoria Park, Warrington (Knutsford Road, Latchford, WA4 1HN). The course is entirely flat and runs on a combination of grass and tarmac paths; the start, finish and event site are on grass. Ground conditions may vary depending on recent weather.

Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Waves are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course; groups should register for the same wave. The route includes a series of obstacles where people climb, crawl and slide; marshals are on hand and participants may skip obstacles if needed.

Entry prices listed are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. On arrival the start and finish are on the main field, accessible from the car park. General parking is free, drop offs are allowed in the main car park, and Blue Badge parking is available about 50 m from the event site on a mix of tarmac and grass. There are no electric vehicle charging points or bike racks.

Available facilities include refreshments and toilets. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available and the event is not suitable for wheelchair users; pushchairs are not suitable. Sunflower wristbands, British Sign Language stage content via QR code and staff trained as Dementia Friends are provided to support accessibility.
