PROMixed XC Relay is held at Mitchell Park in Brookfield, Wisconsin (19900 River Road). The mixed-gender relay features four runners per team in the order male, female, male, female, with each athlete running 3000 meters. The event, backed by Performance Running Outfitters and USATF Wisconsin, serves as the Wisconsin USATF Mixed Relay Championship and uses World Athletics format from the Cross Country Championships.

Divisions include Youth, High School, Open, and Masters. Prizes include medals for the top three teams in each division and $100 gift cards for the top three teams overall. First 30 teams receive a knit cap.
