Whitewalker Ultra 100k is a self-supported ultramarathon held in Palmyra, Wisconsin, starting at Emma Carlin Trailhead. The course comprises two 50k loops, first looping west on the Ice Age Trail to Whitewater and back, followed by a second loop to the Scuppernong Trails and back, totaling 100 kilometers. The event emphasizes a solo, no-crew, no-pacers atmosphere, with aid stations along the route but no outside support.
Runners must carry safety gear (emergency blanket, first-aid, fire starter, flashlight or headlamp, and a visible light). The trek unfolds through winter trails, testing endurance within a 24-hour limit. Spectators are welcome along the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
