The route passes Frame Park, Veterans Park, Grede Park, Bethesda Park, and the Fox River Sanctuary. Aid stations are located at intervals of about every 2 miles and supply water, sports drinks, and energy gels; participants are encouraged to bring a bottle or collapsible cup to reduce waste.
