Among the Trees is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Dousman, WI (S57 W35510 Co Road ZZ). The event offers two distance options:
- 100k
- 50k
Registration fees shown on the event page are $125 for the 100k and $75 for the 50k. Each finisher will have the opportunity to brand a wooden medal on-site, with the option to have the finishing time burned on the back. The listed total elevation gain is 6,493 for the 100k and 2,221 for the 50k. A military discount code is provided.
Course and aid stations
Both races start at DJ Mackie Campground on the Scuppernong trails. Runners follow the Scuppernong green loop and then join the Ice Age Trail heading west to Emma Carlin. The 50k turns around at Emma Carlin; the 100k continues onward to Whitewater. Aid stations listed for the 100k occur at HWY 67 (8 miles), Emma Carlin (16.7 miles), HWY 12 (30.8 miles), Whitewater (34.9 miles turnaround), HWY 12 (39 miles), Emma Carlin (53.1 miles), HWY 67 (61.8 miles) and Finish (64.4 miles). Aid stations listed for the 50k occur at HWY 67 (8 miles), Emma Carlin (16.7 miles turnaround), HWY 67 (25.4 miles) and Finish (31.1 miles).
