Format and course

This is a timed event on a flat, compact trail (off road) on the Downs Link. The base loop is a 5 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back course. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish, with a minimum distance of 3.1 miles (5 km) and a maximum determined by how far a runner can go within a full 7 hour time limit.
