PCOS Trailblazers 5K Atlanta

The PCOS Trailblazers 5K is organized by PCOS Sisters Telehealth Clinic and PCOS Challenge during PCOS Awareness Month. The in-person event is set for Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Sweetwater Creek State Park, 1750 Mt Vernon Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. The event is untimed and offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

The 5K course uses the Sweetwater Creek State Park Yellow Trail. A 1-mile Fun Hike is available for a shorter option. The virtual 5K option is open for the full month of September (09/01-09/30).

Registration fees change by period: June 30 - July 31, 2025: $35; August 1 - August 31, 2025: $40; September 1 - September 30, 2025: $45. On-site parking is available for $5 cash only. The event program includes light refreshments, yoga, live painting and an auction, PCOS information booths and guest speakers, and post-race snacks. Included with registration are a race bib and an event t-shirt; virtual registrant t-shirts begin shipping September 1 and are delivered within seven days of registration. Recommended supplies for the trail include trail-running shoes or hiking boots, hiking poles if needed, sunscreen, and a foldable chair.
