The Partridge in a Pear Tree is part of the organiser’s 12 Days of Christmas race series and takes place on 7 December 2025. The event is held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Participants choose their target distance from the list below. Each lap of the course is 2.5 km. The course is offroad, entirely within the grounds of Pengethley Manor, and includes a hill plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The event has a maximum time limit of 7 hours and is open to both walkers and runners.

Entry, virtual and medals
Standard entry is non-refundable. Published entry fees include a race entry fee of £29.00, a Virtual UK entry at £25.00, and a Virtual Overseas entry at £39.00. A charity option is available: an entry of £10.00 plus booking charges requires committing to raise at least twice the entry fee value for the nominated charity, with funds raised at least four weeks before the event. Entries may be deferred to the next edition for a fee of £15.00 if done more than four weeks before the event.
Each day in the series has a unique medal. Paid entrants receive medals; virtual medals are issued after run verification. Free virtual participation is recorded on the results list but does not include a medal. Organisers provide a personalised virtual bib by email to entrants.
