The Ozark Highlands Endurance Run, held at Norfork River Resort in Arkansas, features two challenging courses: a 50K and a 35K. Participants will navigate the scenic and rugged terrain of the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, following the Ozark Highlands Trail.

The event includes three aid stations, with drop bags allowed at the Twin Creek Aid Station, which serves as the turnaround for the 35K course.
