Three Days of Syllamo is a three-day trail running stage race held March 20-22, 2026, at Blanchard Springs Recreation Area near Fifty-Six, Arkansas. The cumulative distance is about 94 miles. Runners may enter individual days or the full stage event. Stage entries are limited to 125; total event entries are limited to 250.

Courses change each year and run almost entirely on singletrack. Terrain is described as rugged, rocky, steep, densely forested, and includes multiple creek crossings, bluffs, and scenic vistas. Elevation varies roughly between 300 ft and 1,400 ft above sea level. Typical average climb is between 130 ft and 175 ft per mile; some sections exceed 200 ft per mile.

Aid stations are placed about every 4 to 9 miles, provide hydration, sports nutrition, and solid foods, and have basic first aid. Runners must bring their own cups or bottles; the race does not supply disposable cups. NSAIDs and other pain relievers are not supplied. Drop bag locations vary by distance: none for the 20K, announced for the 50K, and three locations for the 50M.

Pacers are allowed on the 50-mile day (one pacer at a time). Crew access for the 50-mile day includes named locations such as Gunner Pool, Barkshed, and Turnaround. Time limits are enforced at aid stations: 10 hours for Day 1, 14 hours for Day 2, and 6 hours for Day 3.
