Three Days of Syllamo is a three day trailrunning stage race organized by Syllamo Events at Blanchard Springs near Fifty-Six, AR. The event runs across national forest terrain and uses multiple local trail systems.

Courses change each year and use sections of the Sylamore, Syllamo and Ozark Highlands Trails, plus the Jack’s Branch Loop. Trails include winding singletrack, climbs and descents, creek crossings, scenic vistas and bluffs, and dense forest. Full aid stations are provided on the 50K and 50M courses at roughly 4 to 8 miles and 4 to 9 miles apart respectively; the 20K has an aid point at the halfway mark. Time limits apply for each day.
Entry options include a stage entry and individual day entries, with different fees before and after January 1. Entry fees include giveaways, race bags, meals across the weekend, custom finisher awards and donations to support trail maintenance. The organizer does not offer monetary refunds; deferral credit is available at set percentages depending on how far in advance cancellation occurs and cancellation must be completed in the registration system before midnight.
Stage entries are limited to 125 and total entries are limited to 250. The event basecamp offers free camping, hot showers and communal meals, and access to Sylamore Creek. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
