Three Days of Syllamo is a three day trail running stage race held March 19 to 21, 2027 in Fifty-Six, Arkansas. The event uses trails in the Sylamore Ranger District and includes creek crossings, scenic vistas, bluffs and dense forest. Courses change every year.

The three day format breaks down into a 50K on day one, a 50 mile stage on day two and a 20K on day three run on the Jack's Branch Loop. Aid stations are spaced roughly 4 to 8 miles on the 50K, 4 to 9 miles on the 50 mile stage, and at the halfway point on the 20K. The 50K course may not be exactly 50 kilometers due to trail conditions. Time limits are published for each stage.
Entry options include a stage entry and single stage entries. Before January 1 the stage entry fee is $200 or individual fees of $85 for the 50K, $100 for the 50 mile and $60 for the 20K. After January 1 the stage fee is $225 or $100 for the 50K, $115 for the 50 mile and $75 for the 20K. Stage entries are limited to 125 and total entries are limited to 250.
Stage entry fees include race bags, giveaways, meals on Friday through Sunday, custom finisher awards and contributions to trail maintenance. Meals are provided after the 50K and 50 mile stages; Sunday offerings include leftover pasta casserole and other items and dinnerware is not provided.
The event offers free camping, hot showers and warm meals at the Blanchard Springs basecamp, and access to Sylamore Creek for a soak. Refunds are not provided as cash but registrations may be deferred on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. To receive a deferral the registrant must cancel in UltraSignup before midnight. Deferral credit must be arranged with the organizer before registering the subsequent year and cannot be applied retroactively. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
