David's Trail Endurance Run

David's Trail Endurance Run is a trail running event held on February 27, 2027, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, near Lake Norfork in the Ozarks. The course uses a mix of single track and double track and includes substantial elevation change; the 50K course covers nearly 5000+ feet of elevation change. The event is held regardless of weather conditions.

Distances offered:

• 7K trail course on single and double track.
• 25K trail course sharing much of the 50K route.
• 50K trail course with nearly 5000+ feet elevation change.

The race meets ATRA event standards. Packet pickup and on-site registration are provided at Rocking Chair Resort during the event weekend. The event has a cupless policy for on-course aid and post-race service; athletes are encouraged to bring a handheld or may purchase a HyraPak SpeedCup for $5.00 during registration.

Post-race provisions include prizes and cash purses for top male and female athletes who break course records. Food is available after the race; friends and family may need wrist bands to access the post-race meal. As part of a waste-reduction initiative, all attendees are asked to bring their own plates, cups, and utensils; a limited number of items may be available for sale.
