OUTLAST Miami

OUTLAST Miami is a timed trail endurance event held in West Palm Beach, Florida on January 23–24, 2027 at 7715 Forest Hill Blvd. The format requires runners to complete a 5K loop every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to continue; those who miss a lap are removed from the event. Participants who finish early may rest until the next round.

Courses are trail based and include natural terrain such as dirt, rocks, roots, and elevation changes. Some sections may include pavement or gravel. Aid is available at the basecamp or loop start with water, basic hydration, and snacks. This is a cupless event; runners should bring their own bottle or hydration system. Participants may set up a personal tent or aid station.

Three event durations are offered:

• 6 Hour Challenge: 18 miles total
• Outlast ULTRA 12 Hour Challenge: 36 miles total
• Outlast ULTRA 24 Hour Challenge: 72 miles total

Awards and recognition are based on laps completed and combined times. Patches, medals, and a buckle are given at specific lap thresholds: 4 laps, 5 laps, 6 laps, 12 laps, and 24 laps. All participants receive a premium OUTLAST tee. Top male and female finishers in each event are ranked by combined 5K times; finishers are placed on a national leaderboard. The fastest runner across all OUTLAST 6 hour events earns a national title and a $1,000 prize. Top local 6 hour champions may earn championship qualification and prize money at the season finale.
