Jupiter Ridge Sand Spur is a trail running event in Jupiter, Florida, held on the protected dunes of Jupiter Ridge Natural Area. The 2026 edition is Christmas themed with holiday treats at aid stations and Christmas themed awards. The event marks its 10th year.

The course is a roughly 4.5 mile loop that uses multiple permissible trails through ancient coastal dunes and Florida scrub. Notable course features include the Trident dunes, the sand pine Tunnel of Love, and clear views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The site includes some of the oldest sand dunes in Florida and a high natural point called Mount Ridge at about 49 feet above sea level.

Distances offered

• 50K: 7 loops on the ~4.5 mile course, about 1,400 feet elevation gain.
• Silent Night 30k: 4 loops on the same course.
• 1/2 Marathon: 3 loops, about 600 feet elevation gain.

Field size is limited to 80 entrants to reduce environmental impact. The course has two aid stations, including the start/finish and an on-course station around 2.25 miles, and a drop bag zone at the start/finish with one small bag permitted per runner. The event provides accurate chip timing.
