Event overview

The Ospreys Dominion Wine Run 5k is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026 in Peconic, NY at Osprey's Dominion Vineyards (44075 Main Rd, Peconic, NY 11958). The event is a 5k run/walk open to ages 1 through 99. The event is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing; results will be posted online at J3Timing.com. Free race photos will be available for download. A virtual participation option is offered; packets can be shipped for a $10 shipping and handling fee or participants may pick up a packet and complete the run on their own.

Course, registration and awards

The course is a two-lap loop around the vineyards. It is described as a cross-country style route with uneven ground; walking and running are both permitted. Dogs are allowed on a leash. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to the uneven surface; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register.

Registration includes a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle stopper, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a wine pour (minors do not receive a wine glass or wine pour). Packet pickup is available on the day of the event only and begins one hour before the event. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year category; awards must be claimed the day of the event and will not be shipped.
