Operation Flinders City to Summit

Mount Lofty, Australia • 26 Sep 2025

Operation Flinders City to Summit 2025 is a fundraising walking event starting in the Adelaide CBD and finishing at Woodhouse Activity Centre near Mt Lofty Summit in the Adelaide Hills. The 21-kilometre route typically takes about 7–8 hours and traverses suburban streets before ascending into the hills. Participants are led by an Operation Flinders Team Leader and stop at designated locations to experience activities, learn about the Foundation, and hear from past participants. After reaching Mt Lofty Summit, walkers proceed to Woodhouse for a warm dinner and the chance to hear from the program’s young participants. Funds raised support transforming the lives of young people. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
