City To Summit 2026

City To Summit 2026 is a fundraising trek held on Friday 25 September 2026. Participants walk from the Adelaide CBD through suburbia and into the Adelaide Hills to reach Mt Lofty Summit, then continue to Woodhouse Activity Centre. The route covers approximately 21km and is expected to take about 6-7 hours.

The walk is led by an Operation Flinders Team Leader who normally navigates harsh terrain in the northern Flinders Ranges with young people. Along the route, participants stop at designated locations for Operation Flinders activities, learn about the Foundation, and hear stories from past participants. At Woodhouse Activity Centre there is a food platter and an opportunity to hear from young people involved with the program.

All funds raised go to the Operation Flinders Foundation to support its programs for young people. Organizers encourage individual fundraising targets and provide fundraising packs and downloadable resources to help participants. Fundraising progress and top fundraisers are displayed for the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
