Operation 180 Mission #3

Operation 180 Mission #3 is a three hour endurance team competition organised by Heart & Soul Racing at Charlton Hall Estate, Alnwick on Saturday 7 November 2026. The event runs as a nonstop 180 minute mission that combines sustained physical effort with team strategy.

Teams consist of five athletes and must include at least two female members. Competitors rotate between two disciplines throughout the event: BikeErg and running. The stated objective is to outlast, out-work, and out-think the opposition over the full duration.

Participation is limited to a small number of invited North East gyms. The event environment includes live DJ sets, food and drink, and a festival atmosphere for spectators and competitors. The format centres on continuous team effort rather than individual heats or separate distance categories.

Entries carry a single listed price and the organiser is Heart & Soul Racing. The event description emphasises endurance, teamwork, and tactical rotation between BikeErg and running as the core elements of the competition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
