Operation 180 Mission - Alnwick

Operation 180 #3 is an endurance event held at the Charlton Hall Estate in Alnwick. Organized by Heart and Soul Racing, this event is structured as a three-hour continuous mission that focuses on teamwork and physical endurance. The competition requires participants to work together over a period of 180 minutes in a rotation of specific disciplines.

The event format consists of teams of five athletes. Each participating team must include a minimum of two female members to be eligible for the competition. During the session, team members rotate through two primary activities:

  • Running
  • BikeErg

The mission requires constant effort and tactical coordination among team members to manage the rotations throughout the full duration. Participation is by invitation, focusing on various gym groups from the North East region.

The venue at Charlton Hall Estate will feature a festival environment to accompany the athletic competition. This includes live DJ sets and a crowd of spectators. Food and drink services are also available on-site for participants and attendees throughout the day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
