Mid Essex Casuals Oaks Trail takes place at Rivenhall Oaks golf centre, Evans Way, Witham CM8 2ZR on 05 Jul 2026. The event offers two waymarked distance options and is organised under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 8418.

Entry fees are non-refundable. A discounted entry fee applies for members of clubs affiliated to England Athletics; standard entry is higher. Discounted pricing applies until 03 Jul 2026. The minimum age to enter is 17 years. No dogs are allowed on the course.

The event uses written narrative instructions; there is no mass start, no marked route and no marshalls. Participants receive the written instructions to follow and are timed on the course. All finishers receive a £3 voucher valid for purchases in the venue cafe.
