NMTC Fall Series

Woodlands/Pleasantview, United States • 1-31 Aug-Oct 2026

NMTC Fall Series (August to October 2026)

The NMTC Fall Series is a set of nine short-distance trail races held across the Twin Ports from August through October 2026. Courses run primarily on woodland singletrack and ski trails and vary in technical difficulty, surface, and elevation. Typical route features include roots, rocks, boardwalks that can be slippery when wet, creek crossings with occasional wet spots, and a mix of asphalt, gravel and double-track in places.

Races are free to enter; donations are accepted. A waiver must be submitted once per year and is available at race check-in or in advance. Runners must bring their own cup because events are cup-free; water is provided at the start and finish areas.

Points are awarded for finish order toward overall series standings. Race results and standings are posted after events and can be filtered by gender category (X = nonbinary, W = women, M = men). Volunteers earn points toward the series standings and are eligible for prizes.

The series schedule moves from Wednesday evening events earlier in the season to Sunday afternoon events later in the season. The final race is followed by a potluck and prizes at the Lester Amity Chalet. Course markings use hot orange pin flags labeled NMTC; missing flags indicate a likely deviation from the course.
