Course and Support

The course traverses varied terrain, including smooth ski trails and rocky, rooty sections of the Ice Age Trail. Aid stations for 50K runners will be at Mile 3.5 and Mile 25, providing water, sports drink, soda, and assorted ultra foods. Water is also available at other points along the course near backcountry shelters.

Logistics

Transportation by bus will be provided. A bus leaves the finish area (Greenbush Group Camp) at 6:00 AM to take 50K runners to the start at Ridge Road. Another bus leaves at 9:30 AM to take 25K runners to their start at Crooked Lake. After the run, food and refreshments will be available at the Group Camp Shelter.
