NK50k - Greenbush, WI

The NK50k is an organized point to point run on the Northern Kettle Moraine Ice Age Trail near Greenbush, Wisconsin. The event offers two distance options:

The course uses a mix of terrain, from smooth and rolling ski trails to rocky and rooty sections of the Ice Age Trail, and passes near the highest point in the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. The event is organized by the Greenbush Trail Runners and is presented as a run rather than a competitive race; the organizers state that no results will be posted on UltraSignup.

Logistics include bus transportation from the finish area to the start and aid provided at the finish area shelter. For 50K runners, aid and drop bag access are available at Mile 3.5 and Mile 25. Additional water access is available along the course at or near backcountry shelters. Aid stations list items such as water, sports drink, Coke, Mt. Dew, and typical ultra aid station foods. After the run there will be food and refreshments at the Group Camp Shelter. Finishers receive an NK50k finisher sticker. Registration closes April 1, 2027.
