The Moonlight Meltdown and Sunset Safari event is an annual running event held on April 25, 2026 in Belgium, Wisconsin. Courses and race details

  • 5k road run/walk - 3.1 miles, course through the streets of Belgium, finishes at KYOTES, flat and well lit.
  • 10k hybrid/crossover trail run - 6.2 miles, with a road portion and a 1.2 mile trail section through Harrington Beach State Park on a mowed grass path.

The trail section includes rolling hills, some elevation changes, and areas where wildlife may be present. The park section may have wet areas depending on conditions. Participants receive a custom race shirt and food/refreshments; shirts may not be guaranteed for registrations after the posted deadline. Take on a scenic point to point tour of the Northern Kettle Moraine Ice Age Trail in Greenbush, Wisconsin, on April 11. This supported, noncompetitive run offers 50K and 25K options with aid stations, drop bags, and finish refreshments.

Run a scenic 9 mile course through Kohler Andrae State Park, with beach, boardwalk and woodland trails along Lake Michigan. Expect mostly flat terrain, unique cordwalk sections, and post race snacks in this second annual event.
