Nitro Trail 2026

The Nitro Trail is an annual running event held at Point Pinole Regional Shoreline Park in San Pablo, California. The park area has historical significance as the former site of TNT factories and now serves as a location for trail running activities along the shoreline.

Participants can choose from three primary trail distances:

  • Half Marathon
  • 10K
  • 5K

The event also offers a specific start option for hikers participating in the half marathon distance who expect to finish in more than 3.5 to 4 hours. For those unable to attend in person, a remote runner category is available. Registration fees vary based on the selected distance and the date of entry, with price increases occurring as the event date approaches.

The event supports the East Bay Regional Parks Campership Program through an integrated fundraising platform. Volunteers can also participate in the organization of the race. The course is situated within the Point Pinole Regional Shoreline, located at 5551 Giant Highway. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
