The Cinderella Trail Run takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Joaquin Miller Park, 3594 Sanborn Dr., Oakland, CA 94602. The event offers multiple race distances:

Parking at the venue is free. Check-in for bib number and shirt pick-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Drop bags are allowed for the 30K, Marathon, and 50K at the start/finish area. To guarantee a shirt, registration must be completed 10 business days before the event.

Course, aid, and rules

The course runs through Joaquin Miller and Redwood Regional parks, using Sequoia-Bayview and French trails and finishing on the Cinderella trail. Distances were measured with a Rolatape surveyor's wheel. The routes are marked with ribbon about every 200 yards and color coded by distance; polka-dot flagging marks turns and blue ribbons mark wrong ways.

Elevation gains and surface breakdown:

  • 8K: 725 ft gain; single track 90%, dirt road 10%
  • Half Marathon: 2,385 ft; single track 68%, dirt road 32%
  • 30K: 3,110 ft; single track 74%, dirt road 26%
  • Marathon: 4,770 ft; single track 68%, dirt road 32%
  • 50K: 5,495 ft; single track 72%, dirt road 28%

Aid stations are fully stocked every 3 to 6 miles with fruit, salty snacks, candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own fluid container.
