Newman Hilly 5 - Elvis #5

Ilford Athletic Club organises an off‑road race in Hainault Forest. The course comprises two laps: one larger lap followed by a slightly smaller lap around the forest. The event supports St. Francis Hospice Havering-atte-Bower in memory of an individual and forms Leg 5 of the Elvis Grand Prix.

The event returns to a start and finish by the lake and cafe. Parking and toilets are available at the start; parking is in the car park off Romford Road, IG7 4QN, payable on arrival using the Ringo app with no cash payments. Entries are open in advance and will also be available on the day. The minimum entry age is 16 on race day. Total places are limited to 500.

Prizes are awarded to at least the first three senior men and women and to the first athletes in the M40, M50, M60, M70, F40, F50, F60 and F70 categories. Race numbers are collected on the day from race headquarters and prize presentations take place as soon as possible after the finish. The race is licensed by the TRA and will be run under UK Athletics rules. Results will be posted on the Ilford Athletic Club website after the event.
