Course and facilities

Both courses start at Castle Farm Campsite and run on off-road tracks and paths through the local countryside. Routes pass through green fields, bluebell woodlands, along rivers, disused railway tracks and through small villages. Both distances are fully marked and marshalled, with staffed aid stations that are described as well stocked.

Camping is available for the nights before and after the race. There are no showers on site, but a river is adjacent to the campsite. Organisers request runners bring their own cup or water bottle for use at the aid stations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
