Nene Valley Trail Run : Castle Farm Campsite, Fotheringhay

The event offers off-road trail races on the Nene Valley routes near Peterborough. Runners follow marked and marshalled courses that pass through green fields, ancient bluebell woodlands, riverside sections, disused railway tracks and quiet villages, using easy tracks and paths in the Northamptonshire countryside.

Both distances have well stocked aid stations. Participants are asked to bring their own cup or water bottle for the aid stations as part of the event's eco-friendly measures. Camping is available at Castle Farm Campsite on the Friday and Saturday nights; there are no showers on site but a river is adjacent and there are portaloos.

Entry fees are listed per distance. One pound from every entry will be donated to Kings Cliffe Active, a local charity promoting health and fitness. There are no refunds for entry fees; places may be transferred to another person through the entries system. An optional event insurance product is offered to allow a possible refund for certain unforeseen circumstances. A T-shirt or Trees not Tees donation option is available as an extra when booking.
