Nene Valley Trail Run

Nene Valley Trail Run offers off road trail races of 10 miles and 20 miles from Castle Farm Campsite in Fotheringhay, near Peterborough (PE8 5HZ). The routes run on easy tracks and paths through rolling Northamptonshire countryside, including green fields, ancient bluebell woodlands, rivers, disused railway tracks and quiet old villages. Both distances are fully marked and marshalled, with well stocked aid stations.

Camping is available on the Friday and Saturday nights at the campsite. There are no showers at the campsite, but a river is adjacent and clean portaloos are provided. Participants are asked to bring their own cup or water bottle for the aid stations as part of an eco friendly approach. A T shirt or Trees not Tees donation can be added when booking.

Entry details include the opening date of 16 June 2025 and the closing date of 11 June 2026. Entry fees are listed as £33 for the 10 mile event and £44 for the 20 mile event. One pound from every entry will go to Kings Cliffe Active. There are no refunds, but places may be transferred via SiEntries and an optional XCover policy is available for additional refund protection.
