World's Toughest Mudder is a 24 hour obstacle course event held at Belvoir Castle in Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG32 1PE, UK. Participants complete repeated 5-mile loops over varied and uneven terrain.

The course combines new obstacles and reimagined classic elements. Highlighted obstacles include Arctic Enema, a roughly 34 degree ice pit; Everest, a greased 13 foot quarterpipe that requires a run and jump; and Kiss of Mud, which places a barrier about 14 inches above the ground beneath barbed wire. Terrain and obstacles change throughout the event.

Entry options listed include individual entry and a four person team relay, both shown from $380 each. A pit crew or spectator pass is listed from $29.04, and a post-event brunch is listed from $45.36. The event pit area includes reserved campsites, food trucks, music, event announcers, and a race center to support athletes and their support crews.

Participants receive an event bib and a finisher headband; a finisher shirt and medals are noted as awards for top performers and qualified Contenders. An Adaptive Athlete Programme pairs adaptive athletes with course guides. Event rules and contender qualification information are provided for participant compliance and competition details.
