NCS Take the Hill 5K & Kids Fun Run is a Roanoke-based fundraising event for the North Cross School Parents’ Association. The Ridgeline Course is described as one of the area’s toughest cross-country routes. Participants can choose a competitive 5K Run, a 5K Walk (untimed), or an 0.8-mile Kids’ Fun Run. The course begins and ends on the red barn field of the North Cross School Campus on 4254 Colonial Ave, Roanoke, VA 24018, along the Ridgeline Trail. The day also features family activities such as bounce houses and face painting, plus an online silent auction, all in support of NCSPA.
