Nanny Goat is a timed-loop endurance event held on a private horse ranch in Riverside, CA during Memorial Day weekend. The course is a flat, 1-mile loop, mostly dirt and grass, with wide trail sections and footing described as good. The format asks participants to complete as many laps as possible within the chosen time limit, either solo (3-hour, 6-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour) or as part of a relay team of up to four runners.

Awards and amenities include buckles for 100-mile finishers who complete the distance within specified time thresholds, a relay buckle for each team member when a team reaches 100 cumulative miles in 24 hours, and a T-shirt, drop bag with running items, and a medal for 6hr, 12hr, and 24hr participants. For 2026, any runner who completes at least one lap will receive a medal. Camping is available on site at no cost from Thursday morning through Monday morning; tent, trailer, and RV camping are allowed and the site includes swimming and space for children to play.
