That's No Moon Trail Races

That's No Moon is a trail race weekend held in the Cleveland National Forest near Silverado, CA, with three distances on forest roads through the Santa Ana Mountains. The courses traverse remote, rough terrain where weather can be extreme and hazards include wildlife, steep cliffs, and uneven surfaces.

• 30K

Each distance features significant elevation gain and exposed ridgelines. Crew and pacer policies vary by distance: crew access on course is restricted for shorter distances, while the 50 Mile allows pacers and limited crew support at a designated aid location. Mandatory gear requirements include carrying one’s own food, fluids, clothing, and at least 40 ounces of water. Lights are required for running after dark and may be enforced for safety.
