Drop bags are provided at Motorway for the 50 Mile and 50K; 30K drop bags remain at the start/finish. Each runner must carry personal food, fluids, clothing, and a minimum of 40 oz of water. Lights are required for running after dark and organizers may prohibit finishing without one. Parking is available at the start/finish area in Black Star Canyon.
