Muddy Dash Boston is a family-friendly mud run event taking place on August 1, 2026 at 508 INTL- Adventure Sports Center in Boston, MA. The event offers a roughly 5K course featuring obstacles, mud pits, and slides. Participants encounter about a dozen "Muddy Moments" that require running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping, or sliding. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist deep. Costumes are welcome and the event is not focused on competition or timing.

The event includes a Pre-Party that begins before the race with a DJ, music, dancing, and photo opportunities. An After-Party at the finish area features a DJ, music, dancing, food and cold drinks, and food trucks. Packet pick up is scheduled for July 31 at the venue; race day packet pickup may be available for a fee paid in cash. Gear check is available at the event for a fee of $5, and light quick-dry clothing is recommended. Venue parking may involve a cash only charge of up to $20; some venues may accept card only.
