The Mt Beauty Running Festival is scheduled for Saturday 16 May 2026 at Mount Beauty Secondary College oval, Pool Road, Mt Beauty, Victoria. The festival is an annual, community-run event held in the Upper Kiewa Valley and highlights the local autumn colours. Organisers rely on volunteers to stage the event.

A Schools Challenge Competition offers a $250 cash prize for the winning school team. Teams may include students and staff and can enter any of the four events. Points are awarded to the top five overall finishers in each team; the team with the lowest average points wins.

Mt Beauty Playgroup runs a bake sale and BBQ on the day, with all proceeds supporting the playgroup. The event operates a plastic cup free policy at on-course drink stations; participants are asked to carry their own drink bottle or hydration pack.
