Moxie's Memorial 5k is a trail run/walk event held in Oxford, Maine, starting and ending at the Oxbow Beer Garden on Main Street. The course follows the blue ski trail called Anne's Moon Dance, connecting to the Mission Working Dogs training center via a trail to Moxie's Place before returning to the brewery. The event benefits Mission Working Dogs, a nonprofit dedicated to providing trained service dogs to those in need.

Participants aged 21 and over receive a beer ticket redeemable at Oxbow Beer Garden, which also offers food and drinks post-race. The first 200 in-person runners get a race t-shirt, and additional merchandise is available for purchase. Only properly trained service dogs are allowed on the course.
