The Scribners Mill 5k, held in Harrison, Maine, offers a scenic trail running experience along the historic Crooked River. Starting and finishing at Scribner's Mill, a historic sawmill and homestead, the course features a "lollipop" loop through freshly cut trails lined with tall red pines and picturesque river views. Runners traverse the Crooked River Trail, Intervale Trail, a winter snowshoe trail, and the Evergreen Trail, with one water-only aid station along the route.
