The event on November 7, 2026 takes place at Kings Mountain State Park in South Carolina and offers multiple trail distances over a repeated loop course. It is organized by Mountaineer Rumble Events.

Distances

  • 100 Miler
  • 100K
  • 50K
  • 10 Mile

Runners complete a roughly ten mile loop that follows the CCC Multi-Use Trail (Orange Blaze). Each loop has about 650 feet of elevation gain. The 50K course uses three loops plus a half mile out-and-back at the start, the 100K uses six loops plus a one mile out-and-back, and the 100 Miler uses ten loops.

Each loop is served by two fully stocked aid stations. An indoor aid station at the start/finish line offers drop bag storage and a canopy area nearby provides space for crew to set up; crew access is limited to the start/finish area. 50K, 100K, and 100 Mile entrants may reserve cabin space for Friday and Saturday nights; additional cabin availability after the 100 Miler extends through Sunday night into Monday morning.

Official time limits are 10 hours for the 50K, 20 hours for the 100K, and 32 hours for the 100 Miler. All finishers receive awards; 100 Mile finishers receive a custom buckle. Since 2022, completing all three longer distances yields a special handmade display award for medals and buckle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
