Motus Knoxville Trail Run

Join the 10th annual Color Me Mutt at NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains for a colorful 5K, 1 mile fun run and pet parade supporting local charities. Dogs welcome for a festive race with treats, medals and park rides.

Explore scenic, technical trails at Mead's Quarry and Ijams Nature Center with a Half Marathon, 10K, or Kids Trail Mile. Enjoy rocky single track, flowing bike trails, aid stations, and a welcoming race vibe.

Take on the Wanderers' Trail Race on January 25 at Maryville College Woods. The chip timed 5k winds over hills, streams and roots, with a kids trail mile and youth 5k for a family friendly day of scenic trail running.

Take on rolling camp trails at the Wesley Woods Trail Race with a kids 1 mile run, 3, 6, 9 and 12 mile trail races and a 3 mile guided hike. Hilly single and double track loops, aid station support, and proceeds benefit Camp Wesley Woods.

Worlds Fair Ultras in downtown Knoxville lets you lap a USATF certified loop with events from 3 hour to 24 hour and distances up to 100 miles and a custom buckle for 100 mile finishers. Food trucks, music and on site aid make it a festival.

Join the Veterans Heritage Ridge Run on Saturday April 25, 2026 to support Sharps Ridge Veterans Memorial Park. Choose a 5K trail run, 10K ruck race or a 1 mile family walk through scenic wooded hills while cheering on JROTC teams.
