The event in DeBary, Florida includes three distances and uses paved multi-use trails in Volusia County. The 50 mile race is point-to-point, starting at Rotary Park in Edgewater and finishing at Central 28 Beer Company in DeBary. The course follows the East Regional Rail Trail, Spring-to-Spring Trail, Gemini Springs, Lake Monroe Park, a bridge toward Wayside Park in Sanford, and the Riverside Walk Trail along the shoreline of Lake Monroe, with a turnaround at approximately mile 44. The event has a 14 hour cutoff.

There are five aid stations spaced about every 8 to 12 miles. Participants must carry their own hydration bottles or packs and should be self-supported for at least the aid station spacing. Runners may have a personal crew follow them along the course. Participants must provide their own transportation to the start and from the finish; the event does not provide transportation except for medical emergencies. Lights and reflective vests are required for anyone running after dark; failure to have them will result in disqualification. Awards: finisher medals for the 50 mile and 50K, finisher awards for the 17K, and prizes for the top 10 male and female finishers in each event.
