Moccasin 24 is a holiday themed trail event at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead, S. Walnut Bend Rd., Memphis, TN. The main event is a 24 hour solo run on a 4 mile loop along the Wolf River Trails. Runners may join the clocked event at any time and return to the loop as desired. A 24 hour team relay is offered with teams of two to four in all-male, all-female, or co-ed formats. A separate 4 mile night run for children with a parent or guardian takes place on the Friday evening, with trails decorated with battery powered Christmas lights.

Facilities include a Start/Finish canopy tent with walls, a staffed help yourself aid station with food and warm beverages, and space for personal drop bags that are accessible every 4 miles. Awards and prizes include cash for top solo and relay finishers, custom finisher medals, long sleeve race shirts, and buckles for 52 miles and for 100 miles completed in under 24 hours. Age limits: 18 and up for the 24 hour race; the 4 mile run is open to all ages with a parent or guardian. No pacers are allowed unless they are registered runners. There are no refunds.
