The Mamba 100 is a multi-distance trail running event organized by Mamba Trail Runners at the Wolf River Refuge Trailhead in Memphis, TN. The event includes multiple distances and uses a loop-based course with additional start segments to reach each race distance.
The course centers on a 14 mile loop of flat, fast, and smooth single-track with a few small hills and a short lead-in section before entering the main loop. Distances and loop breakdowns:
- 100 Miler - 7 loops plus 2 mile start section, approximately 100 miles

Two primary aid stations support each loop: a Bridge Aid Station and a Start/Finish Aid Station, with aid available about every 4 to 5 miles. Aid station supplies include Tailwind hydration, water, sports drinks, standard ultra nutrition, and a range of hot and cold food items during evening and overnight hours. The Start/Finish area also serves as the primary hub for crew access, drop bags, and 10x10 canopy personal aid stations.
Logistics and rules include packet pickup at the trailhead on Thursday before the race, no refunds and no bib transfers, a structured deferral credit schedule, age minimums per distance, pacer restrictions for 100 mile and 100K, and standard rules on crew access, no muling, and course adherence. Awards include finishers buckles and medals and top three awards by gender for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
