Moab Run the Rocks is a three-day stage trail race in Moab, Utah, held March 6-8, 2026. The event uses singletrack trails and consists of three stages run over three days. Stage names are Navajo Rocks, Gemini Bridges, and Bar M.

Course and distances

Participants choose between two stage race lengths. Each length is made up of three stages.

  • Full Pint - 53.6 miles (85.6 km); 4,480 ft (1,356 m) vertical gain
  • Half Pint - 33.1 miles (53.1 km); 2,670 ft (811 m) vertical gain
