Moab Run the Rocks is a three-day trail running stage race held in Moab, Utah. The event offers two race distances, known as the Full Pint and the Half Pint. Both options consist of three stages run over three consecutive days.

Course Details

The Full Pint route covers a total distance of 53.6 miles (85.6 km) with 4,480 ft (1,356 m) of elevation gain. The Half Pint route covers 33.1 miles (53.1 km) with 2,670 ft (811 m) of elevation gain. The race takes place on trail singletrack.

The three stages are held at different locations: Navajo Rocks on the first day, Gemini Bridges on the second day, and Bar M on the third day.
