Moab Run the Rocks is a three-day trail stage race held in Moab, Utah. The event takes place on the area's legendary singletrack trails.

Race Format

Runners choose between two stage race distances, each consisting of three stages held over three consecutive days.

  • The Full Pint is approximately 53.6 miles (85.6 km) long with about 4,480 ft (1,356 m) of elevation gain.
  • The Half Pint is approximately 33.1 miles (53.1 km) long with about 2,670 ft (811 m) of elevation gain.

Stages

The stages are run on different trail systems over the three days. Stage 1 is on the Navajo Rocks trails. Stage 2 is at Gemini Bridges. Stage 3 is on the Bar M trail network. Total participation is limited to 700 runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
