The race includes six aid stations and one water station; aid stations provide water, electrolyte drink, sodas, sweet and salty snacks, fruit, and most will offer a hot meal with vegan options. The event is cupless - runners must carry their own containers for refills.
A GPS enabled device with the course file downloaded is mandatory. Pacers are not allowed on the Mingus Traverse. Crew access is limited to designated crew-access aid stations; receiving aid from crew outside those locations may result in disqualification or a time penalty.
