The VUE - Vortex Ultra Experience (April 18, 2026), Sedona, AZ

The VUE is a trail running event in the red rocks of Sedona that marks its fifth year in 2026. The courses use Westside single-track trails and include slickrock plateaus, red rock views and towering spires. Trail Running Escapes operates the event under permit from Coconino National Forest.

Course maps, elevation profiles, turn-by-turn directions and aid station locations are provided on the event website. All registered runners receive a commemorative tech shirt and a finisher medal or buckle; buckles are awarded to 34M and 50M finishers. Bib pickup takes place at the Hike House the day before the race. The weekend program includes a community run and a shake-out run, an opening ceremony with a Moment of Intention and breath work, and a post-race vendor village and kick-back where participants can meet partners and share stories from the trails.
